Fall apple cider

Yields1 Serving

 1 Liter of fresh-pressed apple cider
 5 Cinnamon Sticks
 1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, whole
 2 tsp Cardamom
 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
 1 cup Rum Cream

Add all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. When it begins to boil, place a lid over the pan and turn to low. Let simmer for the day, stirring occasionally.

Pour into mugs about 3/4 of the way full. Top with rum cream. Don't be alarmed if you're cream looks curdled, it will blend together with the frother.

Froth each mug until blended. Drink and enjoy.
