This cranberry pomegranate bruschetta offers a fresh wintery twist on the summery classic. Bursts of tart cranberry and juicy pomegranate pairs with crisp red onion, sweet orange and hints of winter spice.

 2 cups Fresh Cranberries, hand chopped (don't use a food processor)
 1 Pomegranate, deseeded
 1 Red Onion, diced
 ½ Satsuma orange, juiced
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Allspice
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Salt and Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Serve over crisp baguette or crostini.

You can also top brie cheese with this mixture and bake for a caramelized version.
